Refund Policy

BeerMe will only charge you for your product after the staff-member hands you your drink.  If you were given the wrong item or want a refund for any other reason, please take this up with the staff-member or manager at the venue.  Since BeerMe is not the owner, operator, or manager of the staff-member who served the item, we can't directly process refunds for them.  

But, if you have problems with the BeerMe platform, please let us know at support@thebeermeapp.com. We promise we'll write back!
